A coach that understands you
I was born in Hamburg, Germany, as the son of Portuguese immigrants. This gave me the opportunity to grow up with two cultures from the beginning, which helped me stay open to other cultures and people which has greatly helped me in my future jobs.

From team leader to coach
I got the chance to work for a large German travel company, which allowed me to see a lot of the world—over 70 countries in total. In this company, I worked as a team leader and was responsible for over 150 employees. One of my roles was to support and guide these employees as they advanced to higher positions. That was the beginning of my coaching career, which started over a decade ago. From this beginning, I knew I was here to help people find their path and achieve their personal happiness.
So, I pursued further education and training to enhance my qualifications as a coach, including in the area of family constellations. My own experiences with coming out, my first big gay love, and heartbreak help me support you in coaching. I can empathize with you and truly understand what you are going through.
From perseverance to empowerment
Sports play an important role in my life. From a young age, I was involved in swimming, running, cycling, volleyball, and football. Over the years, I started running marathons and swimming. My coach at the time suggested I switch to triathlons, as I already excelled in two of the three sports. I took his advice and competed in the Hessen League, completing several Half-Ironman and Ironman races.
The training, preparation, and competitions in triathlon make you mentally strong over time. When I stopped competing in triathlons, I decided to pursue mental coaching for high-performance sports. Life has constantly shown me new paths and directions. I often seized these opportunities and continued my education.
After all my experiences, I realized that I feel most comfortable in the queer community and wanted to give something back to it. This led to a new idea and a new focus for me: gay coaching. I became increasingly involved in the community, such as organizing the first Pride parade in Portimão, Portugal, and continuing to serve on the Pride Team Portimão committee to organize this year’s Pride event again.
